şimdi ne yalan söyliyeyim, derbi esnasında önceden de öngördüğüm üzere, canım Hakan Kadir Balta'nın golünün akabinde bir sigara yaktımdı... Emre yapma! dediyse de yaptım. feda olsun ilk 48 saate. Tabi sil baştan.

neyse bugün itibariyle sigarasız geçirdiğim 4.gün.
cravingler iyice azaldı.
bugün daha mutlu kalktım gibi.

ama iflasın eşiğindeyim,
kendimi sigaradan uzak tutacam diye; ve uzak tutarken gamdan kederden verem olmayayım diye harcadığım paranın, seyrettiğim rom-com'un haddi hesabı yok.
emre'den boşansam bu kadar alışverişe verir miydim kendimi bilmem.

neyse "ilk riskli dönem"i atlattım. (ilk üç gün oluyor ilk riskli dönem)
ikinci riskli dönem 3. haftaymış.

bu arada dünkü maçta yarabandı takan Fenerli kadınlar onursuzdur...
bunu da 4 gündür sigara içmiyorum diye söylemiyorum.
